Amazing service and efficiency. I sent a message to Marian on a Friday night about our dryer. He was able to squeeze us in the next morning and showed up right when he said he would. He took about 45 minutes to complete the repair (bad pully) and cleaned up/ bagged all of his trash. This is all you can ask when you are looking for a service; someone who is dependable, reasonably priced, and does a good job. Marian checks all the boxes. Marian was awesome! He is so professional and knows his stuff. I had him come to fix our Viking Range. Another service tech came earlier and quoted me $1700 for a new DSI module so I worried whether I could trust Marian. And I asked him a lot of questions and wasn't trusting him at first because of the first repair tech. But he was so knowledgeable and honest! He told me the DSI panel would be $400. I also had a problem with my LG Dryer. Marian diagnosed that easily and came two days later with a helper and they took apart my entire dryer and fixed it perfectly, and charged me a fair rate. Yet another tech had told me my Bosch dishwasher needed an $800 part because the door wouldn't stay up. Marian said it was fine and that the door was heavy due to the wood paneling and I didn't need to spend $800. What a relief. He was three for three! All these 5 star reviews are spot on. He is a top notch professional, very hard working. Call Marian, you will not regret it.

Marian was exceptional with his work. Extremely professional and even when faced with adversity and new problems never seen before he is able to adapt to the problem and find a solution any ways. I have never encountered such a pleasant experience with appliance repair. I would recommend him to all my family and friends without a doubt. He came and checked the refrigerator gave me a qoute and scheduled the install for a week later. He showed up on time as scheduled. He was very polite and professional. I would definitely use him again.

My 13-year-old refrigerator quit cooling on the weekend (of course!) On Monday, I called a recommended appliance repair shop, but could not get an appointment before Friday. They gave me a list of 5 other shops to call, but only one returned my call and -- Friday again. Then I saw Marian Appliance Repair, with highratings, but only a small review sample. I called and immediately Marian answered, and set up an appointment for the very next day! That was only the first of my good news, because he showed up on time, found the problem quickly, quoted me a very fair price, said he had the parts, and asked if I wanted to repair it. About an hour or so later, my fridge was up and running and COOLING! I am so pleased with the service, plus Marian was able to explain everything he was doing, and was very pleasant to talk with. After he was done, he explained why my refrigerator was worth keeping and other useful facts. He also guaranteed his work for 3 months. I would definitely call Marian again, and I hope he gets a lot of business, because he was top-notch, easy to get in touch with, had the parts (smart!!), arrived on time and worked quickly and thoroughly.

Marian sent a tech as scheduled, but we had to make a last-minute cancellation due to an issue with family logistics. Although the tech had already traveled most of the way there, he allowed us to cancel the service call at no charge. Fantastic customer service and we will definitely plan to reschedule with Marian in the near future.

My refrigerator stopped working so I did my own troubleshooting and narrowed it down to the temp sensor but they were going to take a week to be delivered so I called Marian. Marian mentioned on the phone he believed it was not the sensors and came out the same day. After troubleshooting he stated it was the fan so he replaced it and started working so he put everything together but it immediately stopped running again. After more troubleshooting he found there was a short in the wire and found the connection cracked. Marian fabricated a new connector and everything is working great. I'm glad I called him because I would never have found that, wasted money and then spent $2K on a new fridge. Would highly recommend Marian and will call him for any future appliance repair needs.

I needed 3 appliances repaired, 2 refrigerators and a gas oven. Marian showed up on time. He knew just what to do to fix everything. The oven was over 40 years old but he knew how to diagnose and replace the igniter. The refrigerators were over 10 years old. He knew exactly what the problems were and how to fix them. I was very impressed. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs repairs.

Marian was responsive with scheduling, upfront with the diagnostic price, on time with his arrival (including a heads-up contact), and pleasant to have in my home. The job wasn't necessarily difficult, yet he spent a lot of time making sure he was satisfied with the job. Our 20-year-old DCS All Gas 5-burner range had a couple of burners that were "sputtering" in an unusual way. Seeing as we've had the range for 20 years, we know when something is different. Since the "mother ship" had never really needed a check-up before, I felt it was time for a professional to determine her health status. Marian came into our home eager, confident, and ready to apply himself to the job. Again not rocket science I guess, but a legitimate issue to resolve. After cleaning the pinholes and burner covers, after testing, retesting, and testing again ALL the burners - not just the ones I'd been wary of - and then testing the flame's variable performance with and without a pan on the burner, he was satisfied. I checked it out myself and was satisfied my baby was back to normal. Still not complicated, but I appreciate when people know more than I do. Marian also took a few of my questions about a quirk from a design flaw the DCS has, as well as forewarned me about any future things to look out for. After payment and the service call was over, I could tell Marian left with as much enthusiasm for the next job as he had for mine. Thank you, Marian.

They did a great job flexible and courteous and was able to fix the washer issues with the rubber ring and door locking mechanism. Reasonable value as well.

Marian has fixed our thermador microwave and built-in refrigerator. he has always been available on a short notice and comes on time, does the job well. always gives helpful hints on how to better maintain so problems don't arise to begin with

Contacted Marian to figure out why our Sub Zero refrigerator appears to have excessive moisture. He was prompt with responding to our request for service, scheduling appointment was efficient. He arrived on time as scheduled, respectful, professional, and easy to communicate with. He explained everything to us. He determined there was nothing wrong with our refrigerator except for the settings causing the moisture. Knowing he did not upsell me by saying parts need to be replaced it showed he is honest, this is rarely the case from my experience from other appliance repair businesses. Currently, his recommendations worked and our refrigerator is working fine. I will definitely hire Marian again. I hope his business will continue to be successful as his honesty will go a long way.
